If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a minor (aged 13–17) to create an account, you agree to:

Ensure that all provided information is accurate
1.2 Platform Account Ownership
The individual who accepts these Terms is the owner of the Smart Hub System account.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business entity, then the business entity is the account owner. You represent that you have the authority to bind the business entity to these Terms.
1.3 Compliance with Laws
You cannot use the Platform for illegal activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and your customers comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not misrepresent the Platform or Services.
1.4 Privacy Policy
By using the Platform, you consent to Smart Hub System’s collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You must maintain your own Privacy Policy for your customers.
1.5 Login Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Smart Hub System reserves the right to disable accounts in cases of security breaches or violations of these Terms.
2. Use of Communication Services
2.1 Communications Responsibility
The Platform provides communication services, including SMS, email, and voice calls.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with communication laws, including:
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)CAN-SPAM Act
2.2 Third-Party Services
Smart Hub System integrates with third-party services, such as email and phone providers.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
2.3 Phone Numbers and Email Services
If you pause or delete your account, previously assigned phone numbers and email addresses may not be retrievable.
3. Prohibited Uses
Engaging in any of the following activities is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Using the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
Sending spam, chain letters, or unauthorized advertisements.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Smart Hub System servers or accounts.
Engaging in hacking, phishing, or malware distribution.
Impersonating Smart Hub System or another user.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Fees and Subscriptions
Platform fees must be paid on time.
Some subscriptions require a minimum commitment that cannot be canceled before completion.
4.2 No Refunds Policy
All fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for unused services or subscription cancellations.
4.3 Taxes and Chargebacks
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Platform.
Chargebacks and disputes may result in account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
Smart Hub System owns all content and branding on the Platform.
You may not use Smart Hub System branding for personal or business use without permission.
5.2 User Contributions
Any content you upload to the Platform must comply with our policies.
Smart Hub System reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
5.3 Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit feedback, Smart Hub System may use it freely without compensating you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties.
Smart Hub System does not guarantee uninterrupted service, security, or error-free functionality.
Smart Hub System is not liable for third-party services or content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Smart Hub System’s liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months before the event giving rise to liability.
Smart Hub System is not responsible for:
Lost profits or revenue.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Legal claims against you by third parties.
8. Termination of Service
8.1 Grounds for Termination
Smart Hub System may
suspend or terminate your account
for the following reasons:
Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
Non-payment of fees.
8.2 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, you lose access to all services and features.
No refunds will be provided.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the
laws of the State of Missouri

9.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in St. Louis, Missouri.
Class-action lawsuits are not permitted.
